Job Description

Wir sind Platzhirschen – eine Performance-Marketing-Agentur mit Fokus auf B2B-Dienstleister und Lead Generation. Wir sehen Google Ads nicht als Klick-Maschine, sondern als Wachstumshebel für unsere Kunden.

Dafür haben wir unser eigenes KI-gestütztes System gebaut, das uns Audits, Analysen und Reports automatisiert abnimmt – damit wir uns auf das konzentrieren können, was wirklich zählt: Strategie, Offer, Tracking und saubere Execution.

Bei uns arbeitest du mit modernen Tools, triffst deine eigenen Entscheidungen und siehst direkt, was deine Arbeit bei unseren Kunden bewirkt. Wir sind klein genug, dass du gestaltest – und professionell genug, dass es Spaß macht.

Aufgaben

Du denkst in Leads, nicht in Klicks. Du weißt, dass ein schlechter CPA selten am Keyword liegt, sondern meistens an Tracking, Offer oder Landing Page. Genau dafür holen wir dich:

• Du betreust deine eigenen Kunden-Accounts – vom Setup über die laufende Optimierung bis zum Strategie-Call

• Du baust Google Ads Kampagnen (Search, Performance Max), die wirklich Leads liefern – nicht nur Traffic

• Du schreibst Ad Copy (RSAs), die zur Landing Page passt, und leitest Angles aus echten Offer-USPs ab

• Du denkst in Funnels: Keyword → Landing Page → Formular → Lead – und findest die Schwachstellen

• Du setzt Conversion Tracking sauber auf (GA4, GTM, Conversion Actions, Attribution) und erkennst, wann Tracking kaputt ist

• Du führst Keyword Research, Search Term Mining und pflegst Negatives systematisch

• Du optimierst laufend auf CPA / CPL und bringst Budgets dort hin, wo sie performen

• Du führst Reporting-Meetings mit Kunden, erklärst Zahlen verständlich und führst die strategische Kommunikation

• Du arbeitest mit unserem KI-System, das dir Datenpulls, Audits und Reports abnimmt – damit du dich auf die Strategie konzentrieren kannst

Qualifikation

Uns interessieren keine Jahre auf dem CV – uns interessiert, was du kannst. Zeig uns einen Account, den du groß gemacht hast, und wir reden.

Must-have:

• Du kannst Google Ads Kampagnen eigenständig aufsetzen, strukturieren und skalieren (Search, idealerweise auch Performance Max)

• Du hast Erfahrung in Lead Generation – B2B, Dienstleister, Handwerk, SaaS oder Ähnliches

• Du verstehst Conversion Tracking (GA4, GTM, Conversion Actions) – und erkennst, wann Tracking kaputt ist

• Du denkst in CPA / CPL und kannst Unit Economics lesen

• Du schreibst klare Ad Copy, die zur Landing Page passt (Message-Match)

• Du kommunizierst strukturiert – intern per Dokumentation, extern in Kunden-Calls auf Augenhöhe

• Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, dokumentierst sauber und hältst deine Strukturen

Nice-to-have:

• Funnel- und Landing-Page-Building (Framer, Elementor, WordPress)

• Server-Side Tracking, Offline-Conversion-Import, CRO-Grundlagen

• Erfahrung mit Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads oder TikTok Ads

• Lust, mit KI-Tools im Marketing-Stack produktiv zu arbeiten
