Deine Aufgaben

• Strategische Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens sowie Definition von Jahreszielen und Unternehmensprioritäten 

• Verantwortung für betriebswirtschaftliche Steuerung, Finanzplanung sowie monatliches und jährliches Reporting 

• Weiterentwicklung von Organisationsstrukturen und Prozessen, um Effizienz und Transparenz im Unternehmen zu erhöhen 

• Steuerung zentraler Vertriebsaktivitäten sowie Betreuung internationaler Partnerstrukturen 

• Unterstützung operativer Vertriebsprozesse von Angebotserstellung bis Pre-Sales Aktivitäten 

• Führung und Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Teams sowie Förderung einer klaren und verantwortungsorientierten Zusammenarbeit 

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktentwicklung und Technik, um technologische Entscheidungen pragmatisch umzusetzen 

• Aktive Rolle als unternehmerische Schnittstelle zwischen Produkt, Markt und Organisation 

Dein Profil als Geschäftsführer

• Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einem Softwareunternehmen oder vergleichbare Verantwortung auf Geschäftsleitungsebene 

• Erfahrung darin, Organisationen durch Veränderungsphasen zu führen und bestehende Strukturen weiterzuentwickeln 

• Agile Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, Transformation aktiv und pragmatisch voranzutreiben 

• Unternehmerisches Mindset kombiniert mit einer klaren Hands on Mentalität und der Bereitschaft, operativ mitzuwirken 

• Stark ausgeprägtes Prozessdenken sowie ein solides betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis 

• Hohe Affinität zu Technologie und ein echtes Interesse daran, AI und moderne Technologien sinnvoll in Organisationen zu integrieren
