Wir entwickeln eine moderne, KI-gestützte Prozessautomatisierungsplattform — von der Analyse von SAP-Workflows bis zur automatisierten Generierung von Dokumentationen und Präsentationen. Unser Stack ist durchgehend modern: Python 3.13, FastAPI, React 19, PostgreSQL und Azure-Cloud-Infrastruktur.

Du arbeitest eng im kleinen, agilen Team an einem System, das echten Einfluss auf Unternehmensabläufe hat — kein Buzzword-Bingo, sondern produktiver Code, der täglich im Einsatz ist.

Tasks

Backend (Python / FastAPI)

• Entwicklung und Pflege von REST-APIs mit FastAPI nach klaren Architekturmustern

• Datenbankmodellierung mit SQLAlchemy 2 und Migrationsverwaltung via Alembic

• Implementierung von mandantenfähiger Datenisolierung mit PostgreSQL Row-Level Security

• Integration von KI-Diensten: Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, DeepL

• Entwicklung von Prefect 3-Pipelines für asynchrone Datenverarbeitung

• Authentifizierung via Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID (JWT, JWKS)

Frontend (React / TypeScript)

• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von React 19-Komponenten mit Material-UI (MUI v7)

• Typsichere API-Integration mit openapi-fetch und automatisch generierten Typen

• State Management mit TanStack Query, Routing mit React Router v7

• Azure AD SSO-Integration via @azure/msal-react

Cloud & DevOps

• CI/CD-Workflows mit GitHub Actions

• Deployment auf Azure (Container Registry, Static Web Apps, Blob Storage)

Requirements

Voraussetzung — das musst du mitbringen

• Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung mit Python — du kennst Type Hints, async/await, Pydantic und weißt, wie man sauberen, lesbaren Code schreibt

• Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung mit Azure — du hast bereits mit Azure-Diensten gearbeitet (z.B. Azure AD / Entra ID, Blob Storage, Container Registry oder Static Web Apps)

Von Vorteil — kein Muss

• Kenntnisse in FastAPI oder vergleichbaren Python-Web-Frameworks

• Erfahrung mit React und TypeScript

• PostgreSQL-Kenntnisse, idealerweise mit SQLAlchemy

• Erfahrung mit Workflow-Orchestrierung (Prefect, Airflow o.ä.)

• KI-API-Integrationen (OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain)

• Vertrautheit mit Qualitätswerkzeugen wie Ruff, mypy oder pytest
