Stay Digital ist eine Digitalagentur aus dem Oldenburger Münsterland, die B2B-SaaS-Produkte, Automatisierungslösungen und KI-Integrationen für den deutschen Mittelstand entwickelt. Wir bauen unter anderem Craftivo – eine SaaS-Plattform für das Handwerk – und realisieren individuelle Softwareprojekte für unsere Kunden. Aufgaben

• Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung unserer SaaS-Produkte (Craftivo) und Kundenprojekte im Fullstack mit Next.js, TypeScript und Convex
• Umsetzung von UI-Komponenten mit shadcn/ui und Tailwind CSS – von responsiven Dashboards bis zu komplexen Formularen
• Integration von KI-Features und externen APIs (z. B. OpenAI, Anthropic, Twilio, CRM-Systeme wie Pipedrive und HubSpot)
• Mitgestaltung von Architekturentscheidungen, Datenmodellen und technischen Konzepten
• Code Reviews, Testing und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Codequalität
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung – du bist kein Ticket-Abarbeiter, sondern denkst das Produkt mit

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar – kein Quereinsteiger-Setup, sondern fundierte Grundlagen
• Mindestens 3 Jahre praktische Berufserfahrung in der Webentwicklung mit React/Next.js und TypeScript
• Sicherer Umgang mit modernen Frontend-Technologien (Tailwind CSS, Component Libraries wie shadcn/ui)
• Erfahrung mit Backend-Logik, APIs und idealerweise Serverless-/Edge-Architekturen (Vercel, Convex o. ä.)
• Verständnis für relationale und dokumentbasierte Datenmodelle
• Git-Workflow ist für dich Alltag, nicht Neuland
• Eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise – Remote heißt bei uns Vertrauen, nicht Micromanagement
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse

• Erfahrung mit Convex als Backend-Plattform
• Kenntnisse in KI-/LLM-Integration (Prompt Engineering, API-Anbindung)
