Wer bin ich

Hallo, ich heiße Simon Gerwert (29, Masterstudent aus NRW). Ich baue „Sophie“ – das moderne Buchungsportal, das die fragmentierte europäische Campingbranche digitalisiert. Ich bin das „Airbnb für Camping“. Die technische Plattform wird bereits von einem Dev-Team finalisiert. Nun suche ich das „Gehirn“ hinter meiner Wachstums-Maschine.

Aufgaben

Die Mission

Ich suche keine klassischen Marketer, sondern einen GTM Engineer. Deine Aufgabe ist es, eine Revenue-Infrastruktur aufzubauen, die Sophie von Null auf eine europaweite Marktabdeckung skaliert. Ich will nicht „spammen“, sondern personalisieren und den Gastgeber dort abholen wo er gerade ist.

Deine Aufgaben

1. Aufbau einer durchdachten Marketing- und Vertriebsstruktur für Sophie mit sinnvoller Unterstützung durch KI
2. Brand Building/Architecture: Aufbau einer KI-gestützten Content-Pipeline (Text, Bild, Video), die Sophie vom ersten Tag an wie einen Marktführer wirken lässt.
3. Host-Acquisition Engine: Entwicklung eines agentischen Workflows (n8n + Clay), der Campingplätze recherchiert, qualifiziert und individuell anspricht.
4. Multi-Channel Outreach: Skalierung von personalisierten Kampagnen über E-Mail, LinkedIn und Physical Mail (Pingen-API).
5. Data Governance: Integration im Sophie CRM und Aufbau von KPI-Dashboards zur Steuerung des Wachstums.

Dein Profil

1. Technik: Du lebst in n8n (Self-hosted) und beherrschst Clay (Waterfall Enrichment, Claygent).
2. KI: Du weißt, wie man Claude 4.x und GPT-5.x via API so drosselt und steuert, dass sie keine Halluzinationen produzieren.
3. Marketing: Du verstehst B2B-Sales-Zyklen und weißt, wie man Brand Building und Performance-Sales verknüpft.
4. Compliance: Du kennst die rechtlichen Grenzen (§ 7 UWG) und baust Systeme, die das Unternehmen schützen.

Rahmenbedingungen

1. Budget: 10.000 € fix für das Projekt-Setup (Phasen June – Nov 2026).
2. Marketing-Budget: 1.000 € – 5.000 € für Tools, Ads und API-Kosten stehen zur Verfügung.
3. Modell: Remote mit regelmäßigen Jour-Fixe.
