Aufgaben

• Entwicklung und Erweiterung von Python-basierten Integrationsmodulen für HRIS-Systeme
• Implementierung von API-Verbindungen, Webhooks und Datentransformations-Pipelines
• Einbindung und Weiterentwicklung von Claude Code / Anthropic API für AI-gestützte HR-Features.
• Dokumentation deiner Arbeit für unser Team

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung mit Claude Code oder vergleichbaren LLM-APIs
• Solide Python-Kenntnisse (OOP, REST APIs, JSON)
• Erfahrung mit API-Authentifizierung (OAuth, Token-basiert)
• SOLID Design Principles als architektonisches Grundverständnis
• Hoher Adaptions-Quotient (AQ) – du findest dich schnell in neue Technologien und Kontexte ein
• Eigenverantwortliches, strukturiertes Arbeiten – du bist kein:e Befehlsempfänger:in , sondern Mitgestalter:in

Nice-to-Have:

• Kenntnisse von HRIS-Systemen (z.B. Personio, BambooHR, Workday)
• Erfahrung mit Prompt Engineering und agentic Workflows• Kenntnisse in Datenmodellierung und ETL-Prozessen
