Aufgaben
- Entwicklung und Erweiterung von Python-basierten Integrationsmodulen für HRIS-Systeme
- Implementierung von API-Verbindungen, Webhooks und Datentransformations-Pipelines
- Einbindung und Weiterentwicklung von Claude Code / Anthropic API für AI-gestützte HR-Features.
- Dokumentation deiner Arbeit für unser Team
Qualifikation
- Erfahrung mit Claude Code oder vergleichbaren LLM-APIs
- Solide Python-Kenntnisse (OOP, REST APIs, JSON)
- Erfahrung mit API-Authentifizierung (OAuth, Token-basiert)
- SOLID Design Principles als architektonisches Grundverständnis
- Hoher Adaptions-Quotient (AQ) – du findest dich schnell in neue Technologien und Kontexte ein
- Eigenverantwortliches, strukturiertes Arbeiten – du bist kein:e Befehlsempfänger:in , sondern Mitgestalter:in
Nice-to-Have:
- Kenntnisse von HRIS-Systemen (z.B. Personio, BambooHR, Workday)
- Erfahrung mit Prompt Engineering und agentic Workflows• Kenntnisse in Datenmodellierung und ETL-Prozessen
