Jetzt suchen wir einen Founding Engineer, der unser Team verstärkt und aktiv am Aufbau und Wachstum des Unternehmens mitwirkt.
Aufgaben
- Core Product Development: Backend-Services, APIs und Architektur für unsere Logistik-Plattform designen, weiterentwickeln und implementieren
- Infrastruktur verantworten: Datenbanken, Cloud Deployments, Monitoring und CI/CD
- Technische Roadmap, Produktrichtung und Architekturentscheidungen aktiv mitgestalten
- Features schnell prototypen und validieren (KI-basiertes Matching, Routenoptimierung, Demand Prediction)
- Die ersten Engineers einstellen und mentoren, wenn das Team wächst
- Engineering Culture, Best Practices und Dokumentation von Grund auf etablieren
Qualifikation
- Starker Engineering-Background mit 2+ Jahren hands-on Software Development (Startup- oder 0→1-Erfahrung ein großes Plus)
- Keine formelle Arbeitserfahrung nötig — eigene Projekte, Open-Source Contributions oder starkes Portfolio zählen genauso
- Erfahrung in Backend-Entwicklung (Go, Node.js/TypeScript) und solides Verständnis von APIs, Datenbanken und Distributed Systems
- Full-Stack Mindset — bereit, über Backend, Frontend (React / Expo RN) und Data Pipelines hinweg zu arbeiten
- Erfahrung mit KI-gestützter Entwicklung (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) ein großes Plus
- Ownership Mentality — du übernimmst Verantwortung, bewegst dich schnell und ziehst durch
- Problem Solver, der in Ambiguität aufblüht, Initiative ergreift und eigenständig Lösungen findet
