Job Description

Ärztinnen und Ärzte verbringen bis zu 68 % ihrer Zeit mit Verwaltung statt mit ihren Patientinnen und Patienten. Sikia AI baut KI-Agenten, die Ärztinnen und Ärzten den Rücken freihalten, damit sie sich auf Menschen konzentrieren können statt auf Papierkram.

Unser erstes Produkt, eine KI-Assistenz für Dokumentation und Abrechnung, ist bereits in Kliniken und Praxen in ganz Deutschland im Einsatz und dokumentiert jede Woche tausende Patientengespräche. Das Produkt funktioniert, die Ärztinnen und Ärzte lieben es, und wir wachsen schnell. Jetzt suchen wir unseren ersten Founding Engineer, der uns von hier auf das nächste Level bringt.

Aufgaben

Du baust Seite an Seite mit unserem CTO und verantwortest zentrale Systeme von Anfang bis Ende. Dein Code läuft binnen Wochen in echten Kliniken. Du sprichst mit den Ärztinnen und Ärzten, die ihn nutzen, und machst ihn dann besser. Maximale Eigenverantwortung, echte Founding-Equity (VSOP), ein Produkt von 0 auf 1.

Das verantwortest du:

• Das Python-Backend, das unsere medizinische Echtzeit-Dokumentation in Produktion antreibt

• Live-Transkription echter Arztgespräche: Streaming-Audio, mehrere STT-Anbieter, Qualitätsüberwachung und Fallback-Mechanismen

• Unseren Applied-AI-Kern: LLM-Evaluations-Pipelines, Prompt-Optimierung, Multi-Provider-Routing und Fallback-Ketten, inklusive der Kosten- und Latenz-Abwägungen beim Betrieb von KI im großen Maßstab

• Multi-Cloud-Produktionsinfrastruktur, die das alles im klinischen Einsatz zuverlässig hält

• Greenfield-Projekte, die definieren, was unser KI-Arzt als Nächstes wird

Full-Stack, wenn es zählt: Die Arbeit liegt schwerpunktmäßig im Backend und in der KI, aber unser Produkt basiert auf Flutter (Windows und Web), und du springst ein, wenn es nötig ist. Wir sind ein kleines Team und gehen dahin, wo das Problem ist.

Qualifikation

Du passt zu uns, wenn du:

• wirklich stark in Python bist, unserer Kernsprache, mit mindestens drei Jahren Programmiererfahrung

• Dinge baust und nicht nur Tickets abarbeitest: Du prototypisierst am Wochenende, bringst eigene Projekte zum Laufen und willst einem Produkt deinen Stempel aufdrücken

• echte Systeme von Anfang bis Ende verantwortet und Dinge ausgeliefert hast, auf die sich Menschen verlassen

• hohe Eigeninitiative mitbringst: Du erkennst ein Problem, machst den Vorschlag und lieferst die Lösung

• mit modernen KI-Tools arbeitest und tief in Applied AI einsteigen willst (Evaluation, Prompting, Routing, Echtzeit-Pipelines), egal ob bereits erfahren oder hungrig darauf

• wie ein Mitgründer denkst: Du hinterfragst unseren Ansatz, erkennst Chancen und bringst Sikia auf das nächste Level

• Empathie für die Ärztinnen, Ärzte und Patientinnen und Patienten mitbringst, für die wir bauen

• Deutsch auf Konversationsniveau verstehst

Von Vorteil: Dart und Flutter (vor allem Windows Desktop), ein gutes Produktgespür, ein Hintergrund in Informatik, einem MINT-Fach oder der Medizin, oder du bist Autodidakt mit ernstzunehmenden ausgelieferten Projekten.
