Deine Rolle

Als Founders Associate arbeitest du eng mit dem Founder, CEO und COO zusammen und unterstützt beim Aufbau und der Skalierung von ELMI. Du bist an zentralen strategischen und operativen Themen beteiligt, koordinierst bereichsübergreifende Projekte und sorgst dafür, dass wichtige Initiativen effizient umgesetzt werden.

Die Rolle bietet dir einen direkten Einblick in die wichtigsten Entscheidungen und Prozesse eines schnell wachsenden Unternehmens – von Strategie und Finance über Operations bis hin zu Expansion und Business Development.

Deine Aufgaben umfassen unter anderem:

  • Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit Founder, CEO und COO bei strategischen und operativen Themen
  • Unterstützung bei der Steuerung und Umsetzung unternehmensweiter Projekte und Initiativen
  • Vorbereitung von Analysen, Präsentationen, Business Cases und Entscheidungsgrundlagen
  • Unterstützung bei Expansionsthemen, Partnerschaften und neuen Geschäftsinitiativen
