Aufgaben
- 🤖 KI & Prozessautomatisierung im Marketing: Du setzt KI-Tools aktiv im Marketing-Workflow ein – für Content-Erstellung, Personalisierung und Research. Gleichzeitig baust du skalierbare Automatisierungen (z. B. mit n8n), die manuelle Prozesse in Marketing-Ops und Lead-Handling ablösen.
- 🔥 Demand Generation & Paid Marketing: Du skalierst beispielsweise Google Ads / Meta Adds als neuen Revenue-Kanal und optimierst kontinuierlich auf Basis von Performance-Daten.
- Steuerung von Go-To-Market-Projekten & Produktlaunches: Du übernimmst abteilungsübergreifend die Verantwortung für neue GTM-Projekte – z. B. Aufbau eines Kunden-werben-Kunden-Programm Produktlaunches oder die Erschließung neuer Verticals.
- 🗓️ Event & Webinar Steuerung: Du trägst die strategische Verantwortung für unsere Messeauftritte und Webinare – inklusive Zieldefinition, Budgetsteuerung und Stakeholder-Koordination. Das operative Projektmanagement liegt bei unserer Marketing Managerin, die du steuerst und entwickelst.
- 🌐 Owned Web Presence: Du steuerst strategisch unsere Website, Landing Pages und Customer Reference Page. Du gibst Content- und Design-Briefings an deinen FTE und sorgst dafür, dass Time-to-Publish kein Bottleneck wird.
- ⭐ Customer Stories & Sales Enablement: Du identifizierst systematisch Promoter, steuerst die Customer Voice Production (Video, Interviews, Quotes) und verantwortest, dass Sales immer das richtige Material zur Hand hat.
- 👤 Führung & Entwicklung des FTE: Du führst disziplinarisch und fachlich einen Marketing-FTE – inklusive Zielsetzung, Performance Management und Coaching in den Bereichen Messe-Projektmanagement, Content und Design.
Qualifikation
- Du hast 1–3 Jahre Erfahrung im B2B-Marketing – idealerweise in einem B2B SaaS-Startup oder Scale-up, wo du schnell Ownership übernommen hast.
- Du setzt AI-Tools aktiv in deinem Arbeitsalltag ein – Content-Generation, Research, Personalisierung, Prompting. Kein theoretisches Interesse, sondern nachweisbare, tägliche Anwendung.
- Du hast praktische Erfahrung mit Workflow-Automation (n8n, Zapier oder Make) – du baust und pflegst Workflows selbst, insbesondere für Lead-Übergaben und Marketing-Ops.
- Du bist vertraut mit Paid Marketing (Google Ads, Meta) – du hast Kampagnen idealerweise bereits eigenständig aufgesetzt, getrackt und optimiert.
- Du arbeitest datengetrieben – Funnel-Analyse, A/B-Testing und sauberes KPI-Reporting sind für dich kein Aufwand, sondern Grundlage.
