Tasks

Finance
- Develop business cases, e.g., for a financing structure for the (joint) construction of a factory
- Be responsible for applications to new subsidies and manage existing subsidies in the mid six-figure to seven-figure range, including the coordination of subsidy consultants
- Be responsible for keeping budget planning and our financial model up to date
- Act as the interface to our tax advisors and take responsibility for intercompany billing
- Support investor reporting and fundraising
- Support financial planning, forecasting, and budget control across teams
...to do this, you will create business plans, excel spreadsheets, presentations, and written reports
Operations
- Establish, be responsible for and optimize logistics from production to the customer
- Consolidate data from orders, production, and finance and translate it into an ERP system in the medium term
- Manage purchasing processes for raw materials
- Create dashboards for KPIs, company targets, and statuses
General
- Translate strategic ideas into operational plans and support successful execution across topics
- Support leadership routines and company-wide updates

Requirements
