Als FDE Applied AI gestaltest du aktiv mit, wie wir Decision Intelligence wirksam in den Enterprise-Alltag bringen. Du verstehst das Business in der Tiefe, baust die richtige Lösung auf der paretos Plattform und entwickelst gleichzeitig unser Produkt mit weiter. Dein Alltag ist abwechslungsreich: 25 bis 50 Prozent deiner Zeit verbringst du vor Ort beim Kunden, den Rest mit dem Team in unserem Heidelberger Büro. Aufgaben

• Du führst Discovery- und Anforderungs-Workshops durch, auf Augenhöhe mit Fachteams aus Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Operations und mit C-Levels.
• Du übersetzt Business-Anforderungen in konkrete Plattform-Konfigurationen und moderierst datengetriebene Entscheidungen mit dem Kunden.
• Du konfigurierst Forecast- und Replenishment-Lösungen auf der paretos Plattform, agenten-unterstützt und iterativ.
• Du bindest Kundendaten an und definierst unser semantisches Datenlayer als Grundlage für genaue Forecasts und Antworten unseres Agenten Socrates.
• Du sorgst dafür, dass Ergebnisse im Kunden-Workflow ankommen, durch saubere Übergaben in ERP- oder Planungssysteme.
• Du baust per Vibe Engineering Dashboards, Datenverarbeitungen und kreative Lösungsbausteine, die im Use Case echten Mehrwert schaffen.
• Wiederkehrende Aufgaben überführst du in Skills und erweiterst damit aktiv unsere interne Agentenstruktur: Agent-Workflows, MCP-Integrationen, Custom Skills.
• Präsentationen und Dokumentation entstehen bei dir überwiegend KI-gestützt: schnell, strukturiert, auf den Punkt.

Typische Anwendungsfelder, in denen du wirkst

• Demand Forecasting: Identifikation der richtigen Forecast-Treiber, Datenanbindung, Modellkonfiguration.
• Replenishment & Bestandsoptimierung: End-to-End – von Bedarfsprognose bis zu automatisierten Bestellvorschlägen.
• Custom Anwendungen deployen: Löse individuell relevante Probleme für unsere Kunden und bringe die Lösung von Konzeption bis in die Anwendung.

Qualifikation

• Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in einer technischen, kundennahen Rolle, etwa als Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Consultant oder Software Engineer mit Beratungserfahrung. Ehemalige technische Gründer:innen ausdrücklich willkommen.
• Ausgeprägte Datenaffinität: Du steigst tief in Datensätze ein, erkennst Wirkungsketten und willst Prozesse im Detail verstehen.
• Du arbeitest nachweislich AI-first. Agenten, LLMs, Claude Code und Vibe Coding sind Standard, nicht Ausnahme.
• Praktische Erfahrung mit LLMs und Agent-Systemen, inklusive Prompt Engineering, Evaluation Frameworks und Deployment in Produktion.
• Hohe Eigenverantwortung und die Fähigkeit, dich in komplexen Organisationen sicher zu bewegen, auch mit Ambiguität.
• Klare, überzeugende Kommunikation, technisch wie nicht-technisch, mit niedrigem Ego.
• Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau oder C1, fließendes Englisch.
