Hey everyone, I’m currently looking for remote work and wanted to put myself out there. I’ve got a solid background in call center and customer support roles, and I’m comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments. My experience: \* 5+ years in remote call center/receptionist work \* Handled 60+ calls per day plus simultaneous chat support \* Experience with both inbound and outbound calls (including cold calling) \* Worked with law firms, customer service teams, and high-value client accounts \* Comfortable across phone, chat, and email support channels \* Strong background in customer care, problem-solving, and de-escalation I’ve also worked in more sensitive roles (like crisis chat support and placing large orders using customers card information), so I bring a high level of empathy, attention to detail, and professionalism to everything I do. Additional skills: \* Strong written communication \* Proofreading & editing experience \* Video editing (CapCut) \* Typing \\\~40 WPM \* Time management & meeting deadlines \* Able to work independently with minimal supervision \* Organized and detail-oriented \* Familiar with Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, CapCut, and more. I’m open to almost anything but my skills are more aligned with jobs like: \* Customer support / call center roles \* Chat or email support \* Cold calling / outbound roles \* Writing, proofreading, or editing work \* Entry-level content or video editing projects If you’re hiring or know of something that might be a good fit, feel free to DM me.
