im in desperate need of job, below are my qualifications but im ready to take up any remote responsibilities , please, i feel like im losing my mind, i appreciate any help, thanks **Quick background:** I've spent 7+ years working across Google (YouTube), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and Quora in trust & safety, content moderation, and product operations. Most recently I built entire content moderation operation from scratch workflows, vendor training, QA rubrics, escalation SOPs, BI dashboards, the whole thing. **What I'm good at:** * Building operations from zero I've done it multiple times across startups and large platforms * Trust & safety: content moderation, fraud detection, anti-abuse systems, policy enforcement, executive escalations * Vendor management, QA, and process design at scale * BI and analytics using SQL, Apache Superset, and Jupyter Notebook * Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, ML, policy, and leadership teams * Currently also running my own AI marketplace startup and managing YouTube channels generating \~$2K/month in revenue **Tools I work with:** Notion, Trello, Asana, Zendesk, Phabricator, SQL, Superset, [Make.com](http://Make.com), Webflow, Stripe, Google Analytics, and most major AI tools **What I'm looking for:** Remote roles in operations, trust & safety, content moderation management, product operations, or program management. Open to contract or full-time.
