Ein hoher Marktanteil und ein hochwertiges Kundenportfolio aus den Bereichen Bauträger, Projektentwickler, Institutionelle Kunden sowie gewerbliche Immobilienkunden tragen zu unserem Erfolg bei. Sie arbeiten im Team mit fünf weiteren Firmenkundenberatern, vier Juniorberatern Bauträger und einem Vertriebsunterstützer.

Aufgaben

  • Aktive, ganzheitliche Betreuung zugeordneter Kunden auf Basis der Zielvereinbarung (inkl. Potenzialerkennung Privatseite) im Rahmen eines professionellen Kundenbeziehungsmanagements
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Analyse der eingereichten Unterlagen
  • Auswahl und Abschluss der Produkte aus Produktpalette
  • Früherkennung von Kreditrisiken, ggf. Intensivbetreuung
  • Aktive Einbindung und Koordination von Fachberatern, Spezialisten und Netzwerkpartner im Rahmen der ganzheitlichen Beratung
  • Betreuung der gewerblichen Aktivbedarfe der Kunden, insbesondere die zielgerichtete und effiziente Erstellung von Kreditbeschlüssen
  • Neukundenakquisition
  • Repräsentation der Sparkasse bei Veranstaltungen

Qualifikation

  • Bankbetriebswirt oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Bereitschaft zum Besuch ausgewählter Fachseminare
  • Erfolgreiche Tätigkeit im gewerblichen Kreditgeschäft
