Aufgaben

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

• Kontierung und Verbuchung der Eingangsrechnungen, Kassen- und Bankbelege unter Berücksichtigung von Mandanten, der gegebenen Kontenrahmen, der Kostenstellenrechnung und des Rechnungseingangsbuches
• Monatliche Kontenabstimmung, Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung der Monatsabschlüsse und der Rohbilanz
• Verbuchung der Laden/Vitrinenmieten und Abstimmung mit Mandanten
• Bearbeitung von Mahnungen, Abrechnung der Vorverkaufsstellen
• Regulierung des automatischen und manuellen Zahlungsverkehrs
• Erstellung und Regulierung der Reisebürokommissionen

Qualifikation

• Fundierte kaufmännische Aus- und Fortbildung
• Mind. 3-jährige Berufserfahrung in diesem Aufgabengebiet idealerweise in der Großhotellerie
• Aktuelles Wissen in den genannten Sach- und Rechtsgebieten
• Sichere EDV-Kenntnisse innerhalb der Finanzbuchhaltung sowie MS-Office
• Teamfähigkeit, selbständige und gründliche Arbeitsweise
