Aufgaben

📊 Deine Aufgaben – mehr als nur Soll an Haben

• Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB (für Konzern und Einzelgesellschaften)
• Aktive Mitwirkung beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung der Finanzbuchhaltung im Rahmen eines Insourcing-Projekts
• Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen und Systemen
• Unterstützung bei der organisatorischen Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung
• Ansprechpartner:in für interne Kolleg:innen sowie externe Steuerberater

Kurz gesagt: Du sorgst dafür, dass die Zahlen nicht nur stimmen – sondern auch besser werden.

Qualifikation

🧠 Das bringst du mit

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, idealerweise im Konzernumfeld oder bei einem Steuerberater
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Bilanzierung nach HGB
• Idealerweise auch steuerliches Know-how
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (nice to have)
• Eine strukturierte, selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
