Bei benuta steuerst du genau die Buchungsprozesse und Konten, die unser starkes internationales Wachstum im E-Commerce sauber absichern. Wir ruhen uns nicht auf unserem Erfolg als Marktführer aus, sondern entwickeln auch unsere Finance-Strukturen datengetrieben und prozessoptimiert weiter. Deine Aufgaben

• Ganzheitliche operative Buchhaltung: Du übernimmst die operative Gesamtverantwortung für alle Buchungsvorgänge im Bereich der Kreditoren, Debitoren sowie des gesamten Zahlungsverkehrs.
• Kontenklärung & -abstimmung: Du verantwortest die Erfassung, Prüfung und Buchung sämtlicher Geschäftsvorfälle und sorgst für die präzise, kontinuierliche Abstimmung der Debitorenkonten.
• Digitales Rechnungsmanagement: Du verwaltest und steuerst den Rechnungsfreigabeprozess effizient über unser zentrales Dokumentenmanagementsystem.
• Abschlusssicherheit nach HGB: Bei den Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB stellst du eigenverantwortlich sicher, dass deine Buchungsbereiche zum Stichtag absolut „sauber“ und fehlerfrei sind.
• Schnittstellenfunktion & Support: Du agierst als zentrale*r Ansprechpartner*in für interne Abteilungen sowie externe Lieferanten und unterstützt das Team tatkräftig bei betriebswirtschaftlichen Auswertungen und Reports.

Dein Profil

• Fundierte Ausbildung & Praxiserfahrung: Du bringst eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Fokus auf die Buchhaltung (idealerweise mit fachspezifischer Weiterbildung) oder ein vergleichbares Studium mit und verfügst über mindestens zwei Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung.
• HGB- & System-Expertise: Du bist absolut sattelfest in der Rechnungslegung nach HGB und bringst fundierte Praxiserfahrung im Umgang mit gängigen ERP-Systemen (z. B. DATEV, SAGE) mit.
• Digitales Mindset: Der Umgang mit modernen Office-Produkten (MS Office, Google Suite) gehört für dich zum täglichen Handwerkszeug.
• Strukturierte Detailgenauigkeit: Dein Herz schlägt für optimierte Prozesse in der Finanzbuchhaltung – du zeichnest dich durch analytisches Denkvermögen, Detailgenauigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit aus.
