Aufgaben

Deep Dive: Du durchläufst unsere Finance & Coffee Ausbildungsplattform und wirst zum Experten für moderne Investmentstrategien (ETFs) und Absicherungskonzepte.

Bedarfsanalyse: Du lernst, wie man die finanziellen Ziele von Menschen versteht und daraus maßgeschneiderte Strategien entwickelt.

Netzwerk-Aufbau: Du nutzt Social Media und dein persönliches Umfeld, um die Marke Finance & Coffee bekannt zu machen und neue Kontakte zu knüpfen.

Beratung von A-Z: Von der Erstansprache über die digitale Video-Beratung bis hin zum Abschluss begleitest du deine Mandanten bei ihren wichtigsten Finanzentscheidungen.

Lead-Management: Du bearbeitest qualifizierte Anfragen aus unseren Leadprogrammen und verwandelst Interessenten in begeisterte Kunden.

Qualifikation

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium (BWL, VWL, Geisteswissenschaften etc.) oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung.

Du hast „Bock auf Vertrieb“ – du bist kommunikativ, überzeugend und hast keine Angst vor dem Telefon oder Videocalls.

Du suchst eine Perspektive, bei der Leistung direkt belohnt wird, statt in starren Gehaltstabellen festzustecken.

Du bist ein Teamplayer, kannst dich aber selbst motivieren (Homeoffice-ready!).
