Fachinformatiker (all genders) für den IT Vor-Ort-Support

Aufgaben

• Nach einer gründlichen Einarbeitung sorgen Sie als Onsite Techniker (all genders) für den 2nd Level Anwender-Support in deutscher und englischer Sprache im Vor-Ort-Service in Vettelschoß (Landkreis Neuwied in Rheinland-Pfalz) und kümmern sich um den Betrieb der Office IT-Systeme.

• Dabei erfassen und dokumentieren Sie Meldungen im Trouble Ticket System und priorisieren, klassifizieren und eskalieren Störungsmeldungen.

• Sie installieren und konfigurieren Hard- und Software (Desktop, Notebook, Drucker) und unterstützen bei IT-Umzügen (Aufbau und Einrichtung der IT-Arbeitsplätze). Darüber hinaus führen Sie Funktions- und Verbindungstests durch.

• Großen Wert legen wir auf die gute Zusammenarbeit des Teams. Regelmäßiger Wissenstransfer und Pflege der Wissensdatenbank sind ebenso wichtige Bestandteile Ihrer Aufgabe wie die enge Zusammenarbeit mit nachgelagerten Support-Einheiten.

Qualifikation

• Sie verfügen über fundierte Erfahrung im Anwender-Support, die Sie nach Ihrer abgeschlossenen IT-Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (all genders) Systemintegration oder IT-Systemelektroniker (all genders) erworben haben.

• Den sicheren Umgang mit einem professionellen Ticket System bringen Sie ebenso mit wie umfangreiche Erfahrung mit dem Betriebssystem Windows 11 und den gängigen MS Office Produkten / Microsoft Office 365.

• Grundkenntnisse im Netzwerkbereich sowie sichere Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich. Eine ITIL-Zertifizierung wäre wünschenswert, ist aber nicht Voraussetzung. Wir schulen Sie gerne.

• Sie kommunizieren zielgerichtet, sind zuverlässig und arbeiten gerne im Team. Besonders wichtig ist uns, dass Sie stets kunden- und serviceorientiert handeln und Anwendern gerne bei IT-Problemen helfen.

• Die Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Tätigkeiten außerhalb der Regelarbeitszeiten bringen Sie ebenso mit wie den Führerschein der Klasse B bzw. 3.
