Aufgaben
- Eigenständige Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten
- Treibe die Digitalisierung voran, optimiere und gestalte Unternehmensprozesse & -strategien
- Leite Workshops, Trainings & Pitches für unsere Kunden
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Entwicklungsteam und Steuerung des Entwicklungsprozesses
- Verantworte mehrere spannende Projekte gleichzeitig
- Sei die Anlaufstelle deines Teams für komplexe Aufgaben und Projekte
- Übernehme das Mentoring von Senior Consultants
Qualifikation
- Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Fachbereich
- 8+ Jahre Erfahrung in einer ERP-Beratung; gerne auch Industry-Quereinsteiger in einer Expertenrolle
- Äußerst schnelle Auffassungsgabe, analytisches Denken und sehr hohe Eigenmotivation
- Teamgeist mit einer Leidenschaft für herausfordernde Aufgaben und komplexe Problemlösung
- Eine Can-Do-Einstellung gepaart mit tiefgreifender Fachexpertise
- Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse (mind. C1) in Deutsch & Englisch
