Aufgaben

• Eigenständige Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten
• Treibe die Digitalisierung voran, optimiere und gestalte Unternehmensprozesse & -strategien
• Leite Workshops, Trainings & Pitches für unsere Kunden
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Entwicklungsteam und Steuerung des Entwicklungsprozesses
• Verantworte mehrere spannende Projekte gleichzeitig
• Sei die Anlaufstelle deines Teams für komplexe Aufgaben und Projekte
• Übernehme das Mentoring von Senior Consultants

Qualifikation

• Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Fachbereich
• 8+ Jahre Erfahrung in einer ERP-Beratung; gerne auch Industry-Quereinsteiger in einer Expertenrolle
• Äußerst schnelle Auffassungsgabe, analytisches Denken und sehr hohe Eigenmotivation
• Teamgeist mit einer Leidenschaft für herausfordernde Aufgaben und komplexe Problemlösung
• Eine Can-Do-Einstellung gepaart mit tiefgreifender Fachexpertise
• Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse (mind. C1) in Deutsch & Englisch
