Standbetreuung & Besucheransprache beim Guten Morgen Festival (05.–07.06.2026, Bochum)

Für unseren Auftritt beim Guten Morgen Festival der GLS Bank (05.–07. Juni 2026) suchen wir zwei Personen, die unseren Stand eigenständig betreuen und aktiv mit Besucher:innen ins Gespräch gehen.

Du bist vor Ort das Gesicht unserer Tochterfirma opentelecom – einem Projekt für gemeinwohlorientierte, transparente Telekommunikation für Organisationen mit gesellschaftlicher Verantwortung.

Du sorgst dafür, dass Menschen uns verstehen, neugierig werden und gern mit uns in Kontakt bleiben.

Aufgaben

• aktive Ansprache von Besucher:innen

• kurze, verständliche Einführung in opentelecom (auf Basis eines Briefings)

• Weitergabe von Flyern und grundlegenden Informationen

• Interesse wecken und Gespräche anstoßen

• Überbrücken von Zeiten, in denen wir nicht direkt am Stand sind

• Weiterleitung von tiefergehenden Fragen an uns

• Kontakte aufnehmen (z. B. Visitenkarten oder kurze Notizen)

• Einverständnis einholen, dass wir uns im Nachgang melden dürfen

• einfache Notizen zu Gesprächen festhalten

• darauf achten, dass der Stand einladend und präsent wirkt

Qualifikation

• Du gehst offen auf Menschen zu und hast Freude an Gesprächen

• Du bist zuverlässig und arbeitest eigenständig

• Du fühlst dich wohl damit, zeitweise allein Verantwortung zu übernehmen

• Du kannst Inhalte schnell erfassen und einfach erklären

• Du hast Interesse an gemeinwohlorientierten Themen

Fachliche Vorkenntnisse sind nicht erforderlich – du erhältst ein Briefing und klare Leitplanken.
