Wir suchen einen engagierten und motivierten Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für den Bereich Coaching & Kundenbetreuung, der uns beim Coaching, der Beratung und der Betreuung der mittlerweile über 1000 Kunden unserer Online - Ernährungsberatung & Fitnesscoachings unterstützt.

In deiner Rolle als Ernährungs- und Fitnesscoach wirst du eng mit unseren Kunden zusammenarbeiten und ihre Fortschritte kontinuierlich überwachen. Mit deiner positiven, motivierenden und authentischen Art hilfst du unseren Kunden, ihre Ziele noch erfolgreicher zu erreichen.

Für diese Position sind ein abgeschlossenes Ökotrophologie-Studium oder eine Ausbildung zur Diätassistentin nicht zwingend erforderlich. Vielmehr legen wir Wert auf umfassendes, praktisches Wissen und eine persönliche Leidenschaft für einen gesunden Lebensstil.

Aufgabenbereiche:

• Täglicher telefonischer Kontakt / schriftlicher Whatsappsupport bei Fragen unserer Klienten
• Klienten durch deine Gespräche dazu motivieren, mehr Gas zu geben
• Vermitteln von Wissen und Know-How
• Klienten dazu bringen, sich noch größere Ziele zu setzen
• Motivation der Klienten steigern
• Überwachung der Umsetzung & Erfolge von Klienten
• Einpflegen der am Telefon gesammelten Informationen in unsere Klientendatei (CRM System)
• Weitergabe von offenen Fragen an deine Kollegen (z.B. bei Fragen zu Coachinginhalten, Weiterleitung an den jeweiligen Berater), um die Klienten maximal erfolgreich zu machen)
• Vorbereitung, Unterstützung und/oder Durchführung von Live-Calls

Gehalt Ernährungs- und Fitnesscoach Vollzeit: 3.000,- Euro Brutto-Monatsgehalt.
Weiterentwicklungs- und Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten in den nächsten Jahren sind vorhanden.

Stellenanforderungen

Voraussetzungen:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Diätassistent bzw. Diätassistentin, Ernährungsberater oder Ernährungswissenschaftler ist hilfreich, aber nicht erforderlich.
• Sehr gute Vorkenntnisse im Bereich Ernährung (& ggbf. Sport bzw. Fitness)
• Die Fähigkeit, Leute mit deiner Stimme durch ehrliches Feedback zu motivieren.
• Schnelle Auffassungsgabe.
• Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten und ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Empathie.
• Guter Umgang mit Leistungsdruck.
• Saubere und fehlerfreie schriftliche Ausdrucksform in Deutsch.
• Vorkenntnisse in den Themen Coaching, Beratung etc. sind von Vorteil, aber nicht notwendig.
