Für ein wirtschaftlich gut aufgestelltes Dienstleistungsunternehmen mit acht Standorten national und international und 750 Mitarbeitenden suchen wir Sie als

MITARBEITER PAYROLL / ENTGELTABRECHNER / GEHALTSABRECHNER (w/m/d) mit mindestens 3 Jahren Berufserfahrung aus einer Steuerkanzlei und Kenntnissen in Datev Lodas.

In Ihrer neuen Position rechnen Sie die Mitarbeitenden von zwei der acht Standorte ab (keine Steuerberatung, keine Mandantenbuchhaltung!).

Ihr neuer Arbeitgeber mit Sitz in bester Stuttgarter City-Lage bietet Ihnen einen Homeoffice-Anteil von einem Tag pro Woche nach erfolgreicher Einarbeitung sowie zahlreiche Benefits.

In Abhängigkeit von Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung können Sie hier bis zu 60.000 € p.a. verdienen.

Die Vollzeitstelle ist im Rahmen der Personalvermittlung zu besetzen. Bedeutet also: Sie haben von Anfang an ein festes Anstellungsverhältnis mit Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber, der Sie gerne viele Jahre beschäftigen möchte.

Aufgaben

• Sie erstellen die Gehaltsabrechnungen inkl. fachlicher Besonderheiten wie z. B. Honorarabrechnungen
• Für die von Ihnen abgerechneten Mitarbeitenden sind Sie die zuverlässige Ansprechperson bei Fragen rund um deren Gehaltsabrechnungen
• Sie berechnen Lohnsteuer und Sozialversicherungsbeiträge und melden diese an die entsprechenden Stellen
• Dazu übernehmen Sie die Kommunikation mit Sozialversicherungsträgern, Krankenkassen und Ämtern
• Ergänzend wirken Sie mit bei der Kontenabstimmung (Gehalts- und Lohnkonten).

Qualifikation

Das bringen Sie mit:

• Gute Laune, Lust auf nette Kollegen und Teamarbeit!
• Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen, idealerweise mit einem Schwerpunkt Personal bzw. Entgeltabrechnung oder sogar als Steuerfachangestellte
• Sie haben mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung in einer Steuerberatung sammeln können
• Dabei haben Sie bereits mit Datev Lodas gearbeitet und konnten hierin fundierte Erfahrung sammeln
• Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Wir verzichten gerne auf die an dieser Stelle üblichen persönlichen Attribute und möchten Sie als Person kennenlernen. Wichtig ist zunächst, dass Sie Lust auf nette Kollegen haben und ein absoluter Teamplayer sind, der sich fachlich gerne weiter entwickeln möchte.
