Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Energie‑ und Umweltmanager (m/w/d) – ob Berufseinsteiger*in oder erfahrene Fachkraft.

Aufgaben

• Planung, Projektierung und Inbetriebsetzung von nachhaltigen/erneuerbaren techn. Energiegewinnungsanlagen (u. a im Bereich PV, Abwärme und Geothermie);
• Verantwortlichkeit und erster Ansprechpartner für Energie- und Umweltprojekte;
• Erstellung von Projektplänen und Verantwortung der Kosten, Fristen und Qualität;
• Ansprechpartner für Geschäftsführung, interne Abteilungen, Behörden und Fremdgewerke;
• Change und Claim Management;
• Koordination und Überprüfung von Schnittstellen sowohl intern als auch extern;
• Koordination von Fremdfirmen;
• Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Zeichnungen, Stücklisten, Spezifikationen, Lastenheften u. Ausschreibungen;
• Abnahmen mit Sachverständigen und Nachauftragsunternehmern;
• Einhaltung der DIN und gesetzlichen Bestimmungen (insb. HGB, GeschGehG, KVG LSA, BetRiLi BLK, D-PCGM, ISO 14001 und ISO 50001) im Zuständigkeitsbereich;
• Unterstützung bei Energie- und Umweltfragen in Projekten außerhalb der eigenen Projektzuständigkeit;
• Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der technischen Prozesse in Bezug auf Energieverbrauch, Sicherheit und Umweltrelevanz;
• Koordination der Aktivitäten zur regelmäßigen Nachhaltigkeitsbewertung einschließlich der Auswertung, Empfehlung und Umsetzung von entsprechenden Verbesserungsmaßnahmen;
• Analysieren umweltrechtlicher Vorgaben und deren Einhaltung überwachen;
• Genehmigungsrechtliche Anträge und Anzeigen für Behörden erstellen;
• Energetische Bewertungen der Projekte durchführen;
• Erarbeiten von Konzepten zur Reduzierung von Wasser- und Stromverbräuchen, sowie von CO2-Emissionen für Projekte hinsichtlich Anlagenbetrieb und Infrastruktur;
• CO2-Bilanzierung von Projekten und Anlagen.

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder technische Ausbildung mit der Fachrichtung Energie- und Umwelttechnik, Versorgungstechnik oder eine vergleichbare ingenieurtechnische Ausbildung mit erster Berufserfahrung in Umwelt- und /oder Energiemanagement-Projekten;
• Fundierte Kenntnisse relevanter Umwelt- und Energienormen und -gesetze, gute Kenntnisse der Management - Normen ISO 14001 und ISO 50001;
• Sie verfügen über Kenntnisse im Bereich Immissionsschutz und Umweltrecht;
• Erfahrungen / Kenntnisse im Bereich staatl. Fördermittel wünschenswert;
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Word, Excel und MS Project).
