Aufgaben

• Sie betreuen die technischen Anlagen hochwertiger Büroimmobilien an Ihrem Standort
• Sie stellen die Betriebsbereitschaft von Sprinkler-, Brandmelde-, Sanitär-, Heizungs-, Kälte- und raumlufttechnischen Anlagen sowie der Gebäudeleittechnik sicher
• Sie beheben kleinere technische Probleme selbstständig oder beauftragen passende Dienstleister
• Sie nehmen Störungen entgegen, priorisieren diese und kümmern sich um deren Lösung.
• Sie kontrollieren eingesetzte Nachunternehmer
• Sie betreuen Mieter und Kunden professionell und serviceorientiert

Qualifikation

• Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung – idealerweise im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Heizung, Lüftung oder Sanitär
• Sie bringen relevante Erfahrung in der technischen Betreuung gewerblicher Immobilien mit
• Sie gehen sicher mit Microsoft Outlook um
• Sie sprechen und schreiben Deutsch auf mindestens C1-Niveau
• Sie besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse B
