Job Description

Valkental ist ein 2020 gegründetes E-Commerce-Unternehmen im Bereich Outdoor und Fahrradzubehör. Über 300.000 Kunden vertrauen bereits auf unsere Produkte und über 100.000 davon sind aktive Subscriber, die regelmäßig mit uns interagieren.

Wir sind ein Team von knapp 15 Personen mit einem Durchschnittsalter von 28 Jahren. Keine langen Entscheidungswege, keine leeren Versprechen.

Was uns antreibt: Wir wollen Valkental zu einer der relevantesten Outdoor-Marken in Deutschland machen. Dafür brauchen wir Menschen, die Verantwortung nicht scheuen, sondern suchen.

Aufgaben

Du baust unser E-Mail Marketing von Grund auf. Mit echter Verantwortung und direktem Einfluss auf den Umsatz.

Unser Ausgangspunkt: eine gepflegte Liste von über 100.000 aktiven Subscribern, die bisher kaum monetarisiert wird. Deine Aufgabe ist es, das zu ändern.

  • Du optimierst bestehende E-Mail Flows (z. B. Post-Purchase) kontinuierlich per A/B-Test und verbesserst Öffnungsrate, Klickrate und Umsatz
  • Du planst und setzt eigenständig Kampagnen um (von der Idee bis zum Versand)
  • Du analysierst Performance-Daten in Klaviyo und Shopify und leitest daraus konkrete Maßnahmen ab
  • Du recherchierst, was unsere Kunden wirklich bewegt (über Daten, Amazon-Bewertungen und Marktbeobachtung) und entwickelst daraus Kampagnen-Ideen, die verkaufen
  • Du erstellst E-Mail-Designs in Figma gemeinsam mit unserer Mediengestalterin

Qualifikation

  • Du hast nachweislich Erfahrung im E-Mail Marketing und kennst dich mit Klaviyo aus (das ist Voraussetzung)
  • Du hast mindestens ein Jahr lang Produkte online verkauft (über Produktseiten, Werbeanzeigen oder E-Mails). Wer noch nie online verkauft hat, wird sich hier schwertun.
  • Du schreibst verkaufsstark. Auf Deutsch, fehlerfrei und vor allem mit Wirkung. KI nutzen wir zur Effizienzsteigerung, nicht als Ersatz für echtes Handwerk. Du kennst den Unterschied.
  • Du denkst in Zahlen. Öffnungsraten, Klickraten, Umsatz. Du liest die Daten und weißt entsprechend danach zu handeln.
  • Du entwickelst aus Daten Ideen. Nicht umgekehrt.
