Aufgaben

  • Shopify-Management: Du verantwortest die Abstimmung und operative Durchführung aller Aktivitäten in unserem Online Shop.
  • Landingpage-Bau: Du konzipierst und baust eigenständig Landingpages direkt in Shopify oder mit entsprechenden Page-Builder-Tools.
  • Daten & Content: Du verantwortest die komplette Sortiments-, Content- und Produktdatenpflege.
  • Bestandsmanagement: Du übernimmst das operative Management von Beständen.
  • Reporting & Analyse: Erstellung von wöchentlichen Reportings und Ad-hoc Analysen zur Shop-Performance.
  • CRM & Kampagnen: Du unterstützt bei der Planung und Konzeption unserer E-Mail Marketingaktivitäten in Klaviyo sowie bei Produktlaunches und Aktionen.
  • Qualitätssicherung: Du stellst die Qualität des Contents für den Online-Shop sicher.
  • Shooting E-Comm Content: Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung von E-Commerce-Content-Shootings.
  • Unterstützung vor Ort: Operative Unterstützung und Mithilfe bei anfallenden Aufgaben im Office vor Ort.

Qualifikation

  • Ausbildung: Erfolgreich absolvierte kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder Studium.
  • Landingpage/Shop-Expertise: Du hast Erfahrung im Bau von Landingpages und ein sehr gutes Gespür für Ästhetik und digitale Prozesse.
  • Tool-Stack: Sicherer Umgang mit Shopify ist eine Voraussetzung; Erfahrung mit Klaviyo ist von Vorteil.
  • Executive-Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest extrem strukturiert, gewissenhaft und sorgfältig.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
