Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen E Commerce Manager (m/w/d), der unsere Online Shops für Bau, Renovierung, Einrichtung und Modernisierung operativ betreut, strategisch weiterentwickelt und digitale Projekte zuverlässig vorantreibt.

Wir sind seit über 10 Jahren im Onlinehandel tätig und vertreiben über unsere 8 Online Shops deutschlandweit und europaweit mehr als 60.000 Produkte rund um Bau, Renovierung, Modernisierung und Einrichtung. Unsere Unternehmensgruppe wächst kontinuierlich. Dafür suchen wir eine Person, die Verantwortung übernimmt, mitdenkt und Lust hat, unsere E Commerce Strukturen aktiv mitzugestalten.

Aufgaben

• Du betreust und optimierst unsere bestehenden Online Shops und entwickelst sie gemeinsam mit unserem Team weiter.
• Du arbeitest an unterschiedlichen E Commerce Projekten mit, von der Sortimentsdarstellung über Produktdaten bis hin zu technischen und prozessbezogenen Verbesserungen.
• Du pflegst und strukturierst Produktdaten in unserem ERP System, in unseren Shops und auf relevanten Marktplätzen.
• Du analysierst Wettbewerber, Marktpreise, Sortimentstrends und Benchmarks und leitest daraus konkrete Maßnahmen ab.
• Du unterstützt bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Online Marketing Kampagnen.
• Du arbeitest eng mit Einkauf, Online Marketing, IT, Produktmanagement und externen Dienstleistern zusammen.
• Du erkennst Optimierungspotenziale in Shop Prozessen, Produktdaten, Nutzerführung, Automatisierungen und Schnittstellen.
• Du unterstützt bei Projekten mit Herstellern, Lieferanten und Marktplätzen.
• Je nach Erfahrung bringst Du Dich auch bei technischen Themen ein, zum Beispiel bei Shopware 6, Schnittstellen, Datenexporten, Automatisierungen, kleineren Anpassungen, KI gestützten Workflows oder Prozessoptimierungen.

Qualifikation

• Du hast Erfahrung im E Commerce, Onlinehandel, Shop Management, Produktdatenmanagement oder in einem vergleichbaren digitalen Umfeld.
• Auch motivierte Berufseinsteiger mit hoher Lernbereitschaft und technischem Verständnis sind willkommen.
• Du arbeitest sicher mit Excel und Microsoft Office.
• Erfahrung mit Shopware 6 ist von Vorteil.
• Erfahrung mit ERP Systemen ist von Vorteil.
• Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Marktplätzen wie Amazon, Ebay oder vergleichbaren Plattformen sind von Vorteil.
• Programmierkenntnisse oder technisches Verständnis sind von Vorteil, zum Beispiel in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, PHP, Schnittstellen, Datenfeeds oder Automatisierungstools.
• Erfahrung mit KI Tools wie ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude oder vergleichbaren Anwendungen ist von Vorteil.
• Du arbeitest selbstständig, zuverlässig und strukturiert.
• Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für Zahlen, Daten, Prozesse und digitale Verkaufsflächen.
