Duales Studium (m/w/d) Informatik

Aufgaben

• Administration, Betreuung und kontinuierliche Pflege unserer Microsoft 365-Umgebung sowie Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)
• Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Cloud-Infrastruktur und -Applikationslandschaft
• Unterstützung im First- und Second-Level-Support im Microsoft Azure / Entra-Umfeld
• Erstellung und Pflege von IT-Dokumentationen, einschließlich Prozessbeschreibungen, Systemkonfigurationen und Lösungsdokumentationen im internen Wissensmanagement-System
• Zusammenarbeit mit externen IT-Dienstleistern und Herstellern sowie Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Beschaffungsprozessen in enger Abstimmung mit dem IT System Engineering Team

Qualifikation

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Abitur
• Großes Interesse an IT und technischen Zusammenhängen
• Grundkenntnisse in gängigen Betriebssystemen und Microsoft Office
• Interesse an Cloud-Technologien und modernen IT-Infrastrukturen
• Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Microsoft Azure- bzw. Entra-Umfeld sind von Vorteil – oder die Motivation, sich in diesem Bereich weiterzuentwickeln
• Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie Eigeninitiative und Lernbereitschaft
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
