Bisher haben wir unser Marketing überwiegend über Agenturen gesteuert. Das ändern wir. Wir holen Content, Web und Kampagnen ins Haus – und bauen sie von Anfang an KI-first. Du bist die zentrale Person, die diesen Aufbau gestaltet: Du machst selbst, entscheidest mit und steuerst dort, wo externe Partner sinnvoll sind. Kein Verwalten von Agentur-Abstimmungen, sondern echtes Bauen.
Aufgaben
Website: Du baust und pflegst unsere Unternehmenswebsite – Inhalte, Landingpages, SEO und technische Betreuung im CMS.
Content: Du produzierst Blogartikel, Case Studies und Referenzen, die unsere Expertise in OT-Security, CRA und Industrie 4.0 greifbar machen – auf Deutsch und Englisch.
Social Media: Du bespielst unsere Kanäle (v.a. LinkedIn) mit eigener Redaktionsplanung und baust Reichweite in unseren Zielbranchen auf.
Messen & Events: Du bereitest unsere Messeauftritte vor (z.B. SPS, ManuSec, Hannover Messe), bist vor Ort dabei und ziehst danach den Content daraus.
Performance: Du planst, schaltest und optimierst unsere bezahlten Kampagnen (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) datenbasiert, verantwortest Budget und KPIs und baust unsere Leadgen-Strecken kontinuierlich aus.
KI-first arbeiten: Du setzt KI-Tools produktiv ein – für Content-Produktion, Bild/Video, Recherche, SEO und Automatisierung – und baust wiederverwendbare Workflows, statt jede Aufgabe manuell zu erledigen.
Marke & Konsistenz: Du hältst unser Corporate Design und unseren Ton über alle Kanäle konsistent.
Qualifikation
3–6 Jahre Erfahrung im Marketing, idealerweise im B2B-, Tech-, Industrie- oder Software-Umfeld.
Nachweisbare Praxis in mindestens zwei Kernbereichen: Content/Redaktion, Website/CMS/SEO, Social Media oder Performance-Kampagnen (Paid Social / SEA) – und Lust, in die anderen hineinzuwachsen.
Solides Verständnis von Kampagnensteuerung: Budget, Zielgruppen, KPIs, A/B-Tests und Reporting.
Aktive, nachweisbare KI-Praxis: Du arbeitest bereits heute mit KI-Tools (z.B. für Text, Bild, Video, Recherche, Automatisierung) und kannst zeigen, wie du damit Ergebnisse und Tempo verbesserst. Das ist für uns ein Muss-Kriterium, kein Nice-to-have.
Sehr gutes Deutsch und verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
Selbstständige, umsetzungsstarke Arbeitsweise – du gestaltest gern von der leeren Seite aus.
Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen (Messen, Events).
