Wir suchen DICH als Digital Content Creator (m/w/d) Employer Branding für unser INDITEX Office in Hamburg

Aufgaben

Du entwickelst Content, der unsere Arbeitgebermarke nach innen und außen erlebbar macht.

Dafür konzipierst und produzierst du kreative Inhalte für Social Media und unseren internen Kommunikationsformate. Dein Fokus liegt auf Foto-, Video- und Bewegtbildcontent für unsere Plattformen.

Du bringst Ideen für Beiträge ein, formulierst passende Texte und unterstützt außerdem bei internem Trainingscontent.

Qualifikation

Du hast Erfahrung in der Content Creation und ein gutes Verständnis für Employer Branding.

Du kennst die Dynamik relevanter Social-Media-Plattformen und kannst Inhalte visuell wie textlich zielgruppengerecht aufbereiten.

Idealerweise hast du bereits in einer Employer-Branding-Agentur oder einem ähnlichen Umfeld gearbeitet. Du arbeitest hands-on, bringst eigene Ideen mit und hast ein gutes Gespür für Storytelling und Kommunikation.
