Als Digital Communications Manager bist du die zentrale Anlaufstelle für alle digitalen Kommunikationsmaßnahmen im Bereich E-Mail-Marketing. Du verantwortest die strategische Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung sämtlicher E-Mail-Kampagnen und treibt gemeinsam mit dem Team die Weiterentwicklung der Marketing-Automation voran. Die Position ist zunächst auf 2 Jahre befristet.

Deine Aufgaben

• Planung, Konzeption und Versand von E-Mailings über HubSpot an unsere Partner und Reseller.
• Regelmäßige Erstellung von Newsletter als auch mehrstufige Mailings zur Beziehungspflege und Lead-Qualifizierung.
• Performanceanalyse: Monitoring zentraler KPIs (z. B. Öffnungs- und Klickraten, Conversion, Abmeldungen) und Ableitung datenbasierter Handlungsempfehlungen.
• Markenkonsistenz: Sicherstellung eines einheitlichen Erscheinungsbilds, konsistentes Corporate Design und abgestimmte Tonalität.
• Compliance und Datenschutz: Berücksichtigung aller relevanten Vorschriften, insbesondere DSGVO, Opt-in/Opt-out-Management und Datenqualität.

Dein Profil

• Mehrjährige, relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich E-Mail Marketing, Newsletter und Marketing Automation.
• Fähigkeit, Newsletter‑Strategien und mehrstufige E‑Mail‑Strecken (z. B. Nurturing-Kampagnen) zu planen, zu strukturieren und zielgruppenorientiert aufzubaueText- und Kommunikationsstärke
• Sehr gutes Gespür für klare, zielgruppenorientierte Inhalte, passende Tonalität und überzeugende Betreffzeilen sowie Call‑to‑ActionsDaten- und Analysekompetenz
• Sicherer Umgang mit KPIs wie Öffnungsraten, Klicks, Conversion oder Abmeldungen sowie die Fähigkeit, daraus konkrete Optimierungsmaßnahmen abzuleiten. Verständnis für Tracking, CRM‑Daten, Lead‑Lifecycle und
• Marketing‑Automatisierung.
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse
