Als DevOps Engineer arbeitest du direkt an der Schnittstelle zwischen Software, Hardware und Betrieb und bringst die Systeme auf das nächste Level.

Dein Aufgabenbereich

Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle von Software, Hardware und Betrieb und bringst Systeme direkt in den Einsatz. 
🔍 Das bedeutet konkret: 

• Integration neuer Hardwareanbieter in die bestehende Systemlandschaft 

• Anpassung und Weiterentwicklung des eigenen Locker Betriebssystems auf Debian Linux Basis 

• Implementierung und Testing neuer Features direkt auf der Hardware 

• Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Anwendungen auf Embedded Systemen 

• Aufbau und Integration von Monitoring Lösungen zur Unterstützung des Operations Teams 

• Analyse von Fehlerbildern sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Stabilität und Betrieb 

• Unterstützung beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung der Datenplattform 

• Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten an Themen, häufig mit hohem Anteil an Einzelarbeit

Das bringst du als DevOps Engineer mit

• Erfahrung zählt weniger als konkret umgesetzte Projekte 

• Ein GitHub Profil oder vergleichbare Projektbeispiele sind ein großes Plus 

• Gute Kenntnisse in Python, Java oder Go und Bereitschaft, beide aktiv einzusetzen 

• Java ist von Vorteil für das Verständnis bestehender Systeme 

• Solides Grundverständnis von Linux Systemen 

• Interesse an Hardware und keine Scheu, direkt mit Geräten zu arbeiten 

• Idealerweise Background aus Bereichen wie Elektronik, Medientechnik oder hardware-nahe Entwicklung 

• Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse, für die optimale Kommunikation im Team 

• Bereitschaft, für Tests regelmäßig ins Office zu kommen (ca. 2 bis 4 Mal pro Monat, in intensiven Phasen auch häufiger)
