Mit rund 40 Mitarbeiter:innen und 15 Jahren Erfahrung in Journalismus, Design, Video und Content-Marketing entwickeln und betreuen wir digitale, KI-generierte, aber auch analoge Projekte für eine Vielzahl renommierter Unternehmen und Institutionen. Für unser Art Department in München suchen wir eine:n Designer:in (m/w/d), die/der sich in der gesamten visuellen Kommunikation zu Hause fühlt.

Aufgaben

DEINE AUFGABEN:

• Du bist verantwortlich für die visuelle Kommunikation verschiedener Kunden und stellst die konsistente Umsetzung von Markenidentitäten über alle Kanäle hinweg sicher.
• Du konzipierst und gestaltest Inhalte für Social-Media-Kanäle, Websites und Newsletter. Ebenso sicher bewegst du dich im Printbereich und verantwortest die Erstellung und Reinzeichnung von Druckunterlagen.
• Du arbeitest bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung medienübergreifender Kampagnen mit – das alles im Austausch mit unserer Art Direktion.
• Du bist inhaltlicher Sparringspartner sowohl intern als auch im täglichen und direkten Austausch mit unseren Kunden.

Qualifikation

WAS DU MITBRINGST:

• Du hast mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung als Designer:in in einer Agentur
• Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung/ein Studium in Kommunikationsdesign oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
• Du arbeitest gerne strukturiert und handwerklich präzise innerhalb der Regeln eines Corporate Designs und bist absolut zuverlässig.
• Du verbindest gestalterischen Anspruch und Liebe zum Detail mit einer effizienten und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsweise im dynamischen Agenturalltag.
• In den Adobe-Programmen InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, macht dir niemand etwas vor.
• Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in der Druckvorstufe und Reinzeichnung mit. Falls du schon Erfahrungen mit After Effects gesammelt hast, freuen wir uns umso mehr.
• Du verfolgst die Entwicklungen im Bereich der künstlichen Intelligenz und hast Lust, innovative KI-Tools sinnvoll in unsere Designprozesse zu integrieren.
• Du sprichst Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau (für die Arbeit mit unseren Kunden) und Englisch fließend.
