Store Manager*in (m/w/d) – Picknweight

Picknweight steht für hochwertige Vintage-Mode von den 1950ern bis zu den 2000ern. Wir verbinden Mode, Nachhaltigkeit und ein Einkaufserlebnis, das Kund*innen inspiriert. Deine Aufgaben

• Du führst dein Team klar und motivierend – als Mentor*in und Vorbild
• Du übernimmst die volle Verantwortung für Store-Organisation, Prozesse und Zielerreichung
• Du planst gemeinsam mit dem Management die Weiterentwicklung des Stores
• Du stellst Warenpräsentation, Ordnung und Sauberkeit sicher
• Du führst Mitarbeitergespräche und erstellst Reportings
• Du arbeitest aktiv im Tagesgeschäft mit: Verkauf, Service, Kasse

Dein Profil

• Leidenschaft für Vintage-Mode und Verständnis für nachhaltige Konzepte
• Erfahrung im Einzelhandel, idealerweise in einer Führungsrolle
• Unternehmerisches Denken und Organisationstalent
• Hohe Kundenorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
• Sichere Kommunikation, auch auf Englisch
