Um unser Team zu verstärken, suchen wir dich als Data Engineer (m/w/d) – festangestellt oder als Freelancer. In dieser Rolle bist du der Architekt hinter unseren Lösungen: Du stellst sicher, dass Daten fließen, sauber sind und Agentic-AI- und Automatisierungsprojekte echten Business-Impact haben.

Aufgaben

DEINE AUFGABE:

• Architektur & Beratung: Du entwickelst für unsere Kunden moderne Datenstrategien und entscheidest, welche Datenquellen für KI-Anwendungen wirklich wertschöpfend sind.
• Pipeline-Engineering: Du baust skalierbare ETL/ELT-Strecken, um Daten aus ERP-, CRM- und Cloud-Systemen effizient zu integrieren.
• KI-Infrastruktur: Du strukturierst Daten so, dass sie für LLMs und Agentic-AI-Workflows nutzbar werden – insbesondere durch den Aufbau von Vector Databases.
• MVP-Entwicklung: Du realisierst zügig erste Datenplattformen (Proof of Concepts), damit der wirtschaftliche Nutzen für den Kunden sofort sichtbar wird.
• Tech-Stack & Automation: Du arbeitest mit Azure, AWS, dbt oder Snowflake und nutzt Python-basierte Frameworks, um Prozesse zu automatisieren.
• Team-Schnittstelle: Gemeinsam mit unseren AI Automation Engineers übersetzt du fachliche Anforderungen in hochperformante technische Lösungen.

Qualifikation

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

• Tech-Stack: Du bist Profi in SQL und beherrschst Python fließend – das ist dein Handwerkszeug.
• Erfahrung: Du hast ein Studium (Informatik, Data Science o.ä.) oder entsprechende Praxis im Aufbau von Data-Warehouse- oder Data-Lake-Architekturen.
• KI-Mindset: Begriffe wie Embeddings, Vektordatenbanken und RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) sind für dich keine Fremdworte, sondern Werkzeuge, die du beherrschen oder meistern willst.
• Prozess-Logik: Du hast die Fähigkeit, komplexe Geschäftsprozesse zu durchdringen und in saubere Datenmodelle zu gießen.
• Kommunikationstalent: Du kannst technische Notwendigkeiten auch Kunden ohne IT-Hintergrund klar und überzeugend vermitteln.
• Drive: Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, denkst unternehmerisch und willst die KI-Landschaft im Mittelstand aktiv mitgestalten.
• Sprachen: Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau (für die Arbeit mit unseren Kunden) und verhandlungssicheres Englisch.
