Unser Auftraggeber ist ein zentraler IT- und Digitalisierungsdienstleister innerhalb eines größeren Unternehmensverbunds mit Sitz in Düsseldorf , der auf eine moderne, Microsoft-basierte BI- und Datenlandschaft setzt – suchen wir einen Data & BI Engineer (w/m/d). Du übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle bei der Weiterentwicklung der Data-Warehouse-Architektur und gestaltest aktiv mit, wie Daten im Unternehmen zukünftig genutzt werden. Aufgaben

• Bestehende BI-Prozesse und -Lösungen nimmst du kritisch unter die Lupe, spürst Schwachstellen und Verbesserungspotenzial auf und entwickelst daraus passende Lösungskonzepte, die du selbst zur Umsetzung bringst
• Du bringst Ordnung in heterogene Datenquellen, führst sie zusammen und sorgst – im engen Austausch mit BI-Team und Fachbereichen – für eine saubere Datenaufbereitung mithilfe der Microsoft SQL Server BI-Tools
• Beim Auf- und Ausbau unseres Data Warehouse und der Analysemodelle wirkst du aktiv mit: Du überführst relationale Daten ins DWH und entwickelst die zugrunde liegenden Datenstrukturen und -modelle kontinuierlich weiter
• Stößt du auf fachliche Unstimmigkeiten in den BI-Modellen, gehst du diesen nach, gleichst sie ab und stellst so eine in sich stimmige Datenbasis sicher

Qualifikation

• Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes (Wirtschafts-)Informatik-Studium mit oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Im Bereich ETL/SSIS sowie in der Entwicklung von Datenbanken mit T-SQL kannst du auf mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung zurückgreifen
• Begriffe wie Kimball, Star Schema, OLAP oder Tabular sind dir aus deiner bisherigen Arbeit mit Daten- und Analysemodellen vertraut
• Erste Berührungspunkte mit Microsoft Fabric, Power BI oder Python/PySpark runden dein Profil idealerweise ab, sind aber kein Muss
• Eigenverantwortliches, analytisches und strukturiertes Arbeiten liegt dir
• Du bist neuen Technologien gegenüber aufgeschlossen und möchtest dich fachlich stetig weiterentwickeln
• Deine Deutschkenntnisse bewegen sich mindestens auf C1-Niveau
