Dafür suchen wir einen Customer Quality Engineer (gn), der eine zentrale Rolle in der strukturierten, effizienten und qualitätsgesicherten Bearbeitung von Gewährleistungsfällen übernimmt.

Die Position verbindet technische Ursachenanalyse mit wirtschaftlicher Entscheidungsfindung und leistet einen direkten Beitrag zur Reduktion von Warranty Costs, zur nachhaltigen Verbesserung unserer Produktqualität sowie zur Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit. Sie bewegen sich dabei im Spannungsfeld zwischen technischer Bewertung, kommerziellen Anforderungen und kundenseitigen Erwartungen.

Aufgaben

• Eigenständige Steuerung und Koordination von Gewährleistungsfällen im Umfeld weltweit installierter Solar-Tracker-Systeme und internationaler PV-Großprojekte
• Technische Analyse von Fehlerbildern an mechanischen und elektrischen Komponenten unserer Tracker-Systeme inkl. strukturierter Root Cause Analysen (bspw. 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa)
• Ableitung, Koordination und Nachverfolgung geeigneter Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen zur nachhaltigen Verbesserung von Produktqualität und Systemzuverlässigkeit
• Bewertung und Auswahl geeigneter Lösungsansätze (bspw. Reparatur, Austausch oder Retrofit) unter Berücksichtigung technischer, wirtschaftlicher und logistischer Aspekte
• Sicherstellung der Ersatzteilverfügbarkeit durch enge Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen sowie Koordination von Beschaffung und Logistik für unsere internationalen Projekte
• Erstellung fundierter Entscheidungsgrundlagen unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten, Risiken, vertraglichen Rahmenbedingungen und Kundenimpact
• Analyse, Dokumentation und KPI-basiertes Reporting von Gewährleistungsfällen und Felddaten zur Identifikation von Schwachstellen und Verbesserungspotenzialen
• Durchführung von Risikoanalysen im Kontext laufender Projekte, installierter Anlagen und zukünftiger Produktgenerationen
• Enge bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Quality, Project Management und Procurement zur nachhaltigen Weiterentwicklung von Produkten, Prozessen und Gewährleistungsstrategien
• Aktive Mitwirkung beim Aufbau effizienter und skalierbarer Gewährleistungsprozessen in einem international wachsenden Projektumfeld

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Qualitätsmanagement oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, Reklamationsmanagement, Service Engineering oder in einer vergleichbaren kundennahen Qualitätsfunktion
• Fundierte Erfahrung in der strukturierten Bearbeitung und Koordination von Reklamationen bzw. Gewährleistungsfällen in einem technischen Umfeld
• Sicherer Umgang mit etablierten Problemlösungsmethoden (bspw. 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa)
• Erfahrung in der bereichsübergreifenden Steuerung von Aufgaben, Maßnahmen und Stakeholdern im Rahmen komplexer Reklamationen oder Qualitätsprojekte
• Routine im KPI-basierten Reporting sowie in der Analyse und Aufbereitung von Qualitäts- und Performancekennzahlen für das Management
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und projektorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Priorisierungs- und Organisationskompetenz
• Fähigkeit, technische Sachverhalte ganzheitlich zu bewerten, fundierte Entscheidungen vorzubereiten und Maßnahmen konsequent bis zur Umsetzung zu begleiten
• Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, Themen auch ohne disziplinarische Weisungsbefugnis durch Überzeugungskraft voranzutreiben
• Souveräner Umgang mit Zielkonflikten und unterschiedlichen Interessen, hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Verbindlichkeit sowie ausgeprägtes vernetztes Denken und Schnittstellenverständnis
