Für unsere D2C Creative Agency suchen wir eine/n Creative Director 100% remote, der ein eigenes Production Team aus Creative Strategists, Cuttern, Content Managerin und Production Assistenz leitet – und dafür sorgt, dass für E-Commerce Brands wie Alpensattel, bedrop, HealthRoutine und viele weitere jede Woche hochperformante Creatives & Funnel produziert werden.
Du bist die zentrale Schaltstelle zwischen Kunde und Team, führst eigenständig die Kundencalls, steuerst die Kapazitäten und entwickelst dein Production Team kontinuierlich weiter. Dabei bist du Remote absolut flexibel und kannst dir deine Zeit selbst einteilen.
Aufgaben
Deine Aufgaben
- Lieferung von A bis Z sicherstellen: Du bist verantwortlich, dass dein Production Team jede Woche zuverlässig liefert – und springst ein, wenn jemand ausfällt.
- Teamziele einhalten: Du kennst die operativen Leistungsziele und hilfst deinem Team, diese zu erreichen.
- Creative Strategists briefen & feedbacken: Du gibst inhaltliche Richtung vor, briefst zu neuen Kunden und Onboardings und gibst Feedback auf Skript- & Strategieebene.
- Kundenbetreuung & Kundencalls: Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für Kunden in Slack und führst die regelmäßigen Kundencalls.
- Zweite Instanz für dein Team: Wenn Cutter, Content Managerin oder Production Assistenz bei ihren direkten Ansprechpartnern nicht weiterkommen, klärst du es.
- Teamkapazität steuern: Du erkennst, wann dein Production Team an Kapazitätsgrenzen stößt, und bist für die Einstellung und Einarbeitung neuer Teammitglieder verantwortlich.
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung: Prozesse, Projekte, Mitarbeiterentwicklung, Trainings – du entwickelst dein Production Team ständig weiter.
Qualifikation
Was du mitbringen MUSST:
- 3+ Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Performance Creative, Creative Strategy oder Paid Social – idealerweise in einer D2C Agentur oder eigener E-Commerce Brand
- Tiefgründiges Verständnis für Direct Response Ads & Funnel – du musst sowohl Copies schreiben können, als auch verstehen, was gute Creatives & Funnel ausmacht
- Operative Stärke – du behältst den Überblick über mehrere Kunden, Deadlines und Teamkapazitäten gleichzeitig
- Führungskompetenz ohne Ego – du steuerst dein Team, statt alles selbst zu machen
- Eigenverantwortung & Eigenantrieb – du brauchst keine enge Führung, sondern willst selbst gestalten & dich stets verbessern
