Aufgaben

Sie sind Sparringspartner für das Management und unterstützen mit fundierten Analysen, klaren KPIs und strategischen Ideen. Sie verbinden klassische Finanzkompetenz mit modernen Tools und einer datengetriebenen Denkweise.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Finanzplanung & Forecasting: Erstellung und Pflege von Budget-, Forecast- und Liquiditätsplänen
• Reporting: Entwicklung moderner, interaktiver Dashboards (z. B. Power BI, Tableau) und Reports für Management und Fachbereiche
• Analyse: Identifikation von Abweichungen, Chancen und Risiken, Kommentierung von Schwachstellen, Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen
• Business Partnering: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, um Kostenstrukturen zu optimieren und Investitionen zu steuern
• Datenmanagement: Sicherstellung der Datenqualität und Mitgestaltung einer zentralen Datenbasis für Finance & BI
• Prozessoptimierung: Weiterentwicklung von Kalkulationstools für Produktpreise, Controllingtools und Reportingprozessen mit Blick auf Automatisierung & Effizienz
• Risk Management: Betrachtung und Bewertung unternehmerischer Chancen und Risiken mit entsprechender Impulsgabe an das Management
• Strategieentwicklung: Mitarbeit in strategischen Projekten wie z.B. dem Aufbau eines neuen Geschäftsfelds, von der Erstellung des Business Plans über die automatisierte Preiskalkulation bis zur Umsetzung im ERP-System

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung im Controlling eines produzierenden Unternehmens und in der Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Prozessen
• Interesse an einem breiten Aufgabenspektrum, wie es nur ein mittelständisches Unternehmen bietet
• Leidenschaft für die Automatisierung und Digitalisierung von Prozessen und Datenvisualisierung
• Sicherer Umgang mit ERP Systemen, der Erstellung von Abfragen mit ANSI SQL (Microsoft SQL/Oracle), BI-Tools und MS Office Produkten
• Hohe Zahlenaffinität und ausgeprägtes Plausibilisierungsvermögen
• Kommunikationsstärke, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
