„Dein Möbelproblem.Gelöst!“ Wir sind LouMaxx – eine Marke für Möbelbeschläge:
Türstopper, Scharniere, Möbelfüße und alles, was Möbel zusammenhält. Verkauft wird vor allem über Amazon, europaweit, und wir gehören zu den Top-500-Sellern in Deutschland. Hinter der Marke stehen fünf Leute. Kurze Wege, klare Ansagen, kein Konzern. Unsere Produkte sind funktional und ehrlich – und genau so arbeiten wir auch: hilfreich, verlässlich, konkret.

Aufgaben

Bei uns entscheidet das Bild. Auf Amazon wird das Hauptbild geklickt – oder eben nicht. Die Produktseite verkauft – oder eben nicht. Genau das ist dein Spielfeld:

• Du entwickelst die Bildkonzepte für unsere Listings: Hauptbilder, die geklickt werden, und A+ Content, der überzeugt. Du optimierst auf Klickrate und Conversion, nicht auf Geschmack.
• Du briefst unsere Designagentur und finalisierst die Ergebnisse selbst in Photoshop. Du musst nicht jedes Bild von Null bauen, aber du brauchst das Auge und die Hand, um es fertig zu machen.
• Du setzt KI-Tools überall da ein, wo sie den Prozess schneller oder besser machen.
• Du bespielst nicht nur Amazon, sondern mehrere Marktplätze.

Und dann ist da der zweite Teil: aufbauen, was noch nicht existiert.

• Du baust weitere Kanäle neben den Marktplätzen mit auf: Social Media, Newsletter und unser eigener Shop. Hier ist noch wenig da – du gestaltest von Anfang an mit, statt nur zu verwalten.

Qualifikation

Was du mitbringst

• 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung in E-Commerce, Content oder Marketing – gern mit Bezug zu Marktplätzen und Social Media.
• Sicherer Umgang mit Adobe (vor allem Photoshop), Canva und gängigen KI-Tools.
• Ein gutes Auge für visuelle Qualität und ein Gefühl dafür, was klickt und verkauft.
• Hands-on-Mentalität. Bei fünf Leuten gibt es keine reine Strategierolle – du setzt selbst um.
• Amazon-Erfahrung ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
