Aufgaben

  • Du planst und koordinierst unseren Content-Kalender – strukturiert, vorausschauend und zuverlässig.
  • Du bereitest Webinare vor – von der Agenda bis zur fertigen Präsentation.
  • Du erstellst Newsletter und bereitest Mailings vor – klar, überzeugend und auf den Punkt.
  • Du schreibst und strukturierst Blog-Artikel, die wirklich gelesen werden.
  • Du erstellst Instagram-Posts und Social-Media-Content, der zur Zielgruppe passt.
  • Du baust Präsentationen in PowerPoint, die professionell aussehen und überzeugen.
  • Du hast ein Auge für Design und weißt, wann etwas gut aussieht – und wann nicht.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Gründerteam zusammen und setzt Ideen schnell und sauber um.

Qualifikation

  • Du schreibst exzellent auf Deutsch – fehlerfrei, stilsicher und mit Gefühl für die Zielgruppe.
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Content Marketing, Redaktion oder einer ähnlichen Rolle.
  • PowerPoint und Grafiktools sind für dich kein Problem – du weißt wie gute Slides aussehen.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und hältst Deadlines ein.
  • Du hast ein Gespür dafür, was bei KMU, Agenturen und Beratern ankommt.
  • KI-Tools nutzt du aktiv, um schneller und smarter zu arbeiten.
  • Europäische Zeitzone bevorzugt – aber nicht zwingend.
