Aufgaben
Wir suchen eine Person, die unsere organische Content-Strategie aktiv aufbaut, steuert und weiterentwickelt.
Du arbeitest eng mit dem Gründer zusammen und übernimmst schrittweise die Verantwortung für den gesamten Content-Bereich.
Aufgaben
- Analyse und Optimierung von Short-Form Content (TikTok, Instagram Reels)
- Entwicklung neuer Content-Formate für verschiedene Event-Kategorien
- Bewertung von Hooks, Retention und Performance
- Planung, Testing und Iteration von Content
- Steuerung und Zusammenarbeit mit: UGC Creatorn, Content Creatorn / Influencern, Videografen und Editoren
- Briefing und Beauftragung von externen Creatives (z. B. Cutter, Designer)
- Aufbau klarer Content-Strukturen und Workflows
Qualifikation
Was du mitbringen solltest:
- 2–3+ Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Social Media / Short-Form Content
- Praktische Erfahrung in der Erstellung oder Steuerung von Content
- Sehr gutes Verständnis für: Hooks (erste Sekunden eines Videos), Retention / Watchtime, virale Mechaniken im organischen Content
- Fähigkeit, Content schnell zu bewerten und Entscheidungen zu treffen
- Erfahrung oder Interesse an der Zusammenarbeit mit Creatorn / Influencern
- Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Geschwindigkeit in der Umsetzung
- Du denkst in Formaten, nicht in einzelnen Posts
- Du kannst mehrere Themenwelten gleichzeitig bespielen (Anime, Crime, Kinder etc.)
- Du verbindest Performance-Denken mit einem klaren Qualitätsanspruch
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung und triffst Entscheidungen
