Job Description

Aufgaben

• Anbindung medizinischer Geräte an Netzwerke, Middleware und Krankenhaussystemen im Mittelpunkt Ihrer Aufgaben
• Pre-Sales-Unterstützung bei der Bereitstellung von IT-Lösungen für Kunden
• Bereitstellung von technischem Fachwissen für die Verbindung von Baxter-Geräten über das (drahtlose) Netz des Kunden sowie Fehlerbehebung im Netzwerk
• Leitung von Digitalisierungsprojekten und komplexen Systemimplementierungen
• Festlegung von Implementierungsanforderungen einschließlich spezifischer Installations-, Schulungs-, Netzwerk- und/oder Integrationsanforderungen
• Durchführung von Tätigkeiten wie Bereitstellung/Konfiguration von Software und Fehlerbehebung vor Ort (in einem Krankenhaus oder einer Klinik) und aus der Ferne
• Technische Unterstützung und Beratung der Mitarbeiter und Durchführung interner Schulungen
• Unterstützung bei der Einführung von neuen Produkten sowie bei Produktworkshops und Probebestellungen
• Mitwirkung bei der Organisation, Durchführung und Teilnahme an Messen/ Kongressen/ Veranstaltungen

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung in der Medizintechnik und IT durch Studium, Berufsausbildung oder Berufserfahrung
• 3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Betreuung von erklärungsbedürftigen medizinischen Produkten und Dienstleistungen im Krankenhausmarkt
• Grundverständnis von internen klinischen Prozessen sowie Fähigkeiten im Bereich Projektmanagement
• Kenntnisse im Bereich IT-Schnittstellen und Kommunikationsstandards wie HL7, FHIR, DICOM, SDC
• Fundierte Expertise im Bereich IT-Netzwerke mit Fokus auf Aufbau, Wartung und Betrieb von IT-Netzen (vorrangig WLAN)
• Kenntnisse über Netzwerkzertifikate, Kommunikationsserver, MS-SQL wünschenswert
• Fachwissen bezüglich der in DIN EN 60601 sowie über andere festgelegten gesetzlichen Anforderungen für den medizinischen Bereich wünschenswert
• Spaß am Kontakt mit Menschen und an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
• Freude an IT und Medizintechnik sowie Offenheit, Neues zu lernen
• Eigenständiges und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten sowie hohe Eigenmotivation
• Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (Wort und Schrift)
• Hohe Reisebereitschaft im eigenen Gebiet (Vertriebsgebiet Nord und Ostdeutschland) und gelegentlich innerhalb Deutschlands und je nach Bedarf im Einzelfall auch Österreich, Schweiz
