Als Commercial Operations Manager bist du die operative Schaltzentrale zwischen Vertrieb, internen Prozessen und Tools. Du sorgst dafür, dass unser Sales-Team möglichst produktiv arbeiten kann - durch saubere Daten, intelligente Automatisierungen, aussagekräftiges Reporting und eine zuverlässige organisatorische Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft.

Aufgaben

• Pflege, Strukturierung und Weiterentwicklung unseres CRM-Systems (HubSpot)
• Aufbau und Optimierung von Workflows und Automatisierungen
• Erstellung von Reports, Auswertungen und Dashboards zur Unterstützung datenbasierter Entscheidungen
• Vorbereitung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten sowie operative Unterstützung unserer Account Executives
• Dokumentation und kontinuierliche Verbesserung interner Prozesse
• Koordination und Übernahme von Projekten sowie Unterstützung bei bereichsübergreifenden Ad-hoc-Themen
• Unterstützung unserer Sales Manager im operativen Tagesgeschäft
• Je nach Erfahrung: Unterstützung im Recruiting oder bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben
