Ihre Aufgaben

• Gesamtverantwortung für die strategische und operative Führung der Unternehmensgruppe
• Entwicklung und konsequente Umsetzung nachhaltiger Wachstums- und Innovationsstrategien
• Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der Bereiche Vertrieb, Strategie, Organisationsentwicklung, Kommunikation, Nachhaltigkeit sowie Forschung & Entwicklung
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit CFO, COO, Gesellschaftern und Beirat
• Identifikation und Erschließung neuer Märkte, Anwendungen und Wachstumspotenziale
• Weiterentwicklung der internationalen Organisation hinsichtlich Skalierbarkeit, Effizienz und Zukunftsfähigkeit

Qualifikation

Ihr Profil

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, idealerweise ergänzt um eine betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung (z. B. Executive MBA)
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer führenden Managementfunktion innerhalb eines industriellen Umfeldes, vorzugsweise mit verfahrenstechnischem Hintergrund
• Fundierte Kenntnisse technologiegetriebener Märkte, idealerweise in den Bereichen Spezialchemie, technische Holzwerkstoffe oder vergleichbaren Industrien
• Nachweisbare Erfolge in der nachhaltigen Steigerung von Wachstum, Profitabilität und Unternehmensentwicklung
• Hohe Markt- und Vertriebsorientierung sowie ausgeprägtes Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse
