Aufgaben:

• Sie wissen, was unsere Kunden brauchen, weil Sie den Markt kennen und weil Sie das Kaufverhalten unserer Kunden entschlüsseln
• Sie entwickeln proaktiv unsere Eigenmarken-Range und suchen dazu kontinuierlich neue Kooperationspartner
• Innovative Produkte erfolgreich in unser Handelssortiment einzuführen ist die Triebfeder Ihres Handelns
• Was sich nicht dreht muss raus: das wissen Sie und erarbeiten Vorschläge zur Sortimentsbereinigung
• Produktkenntnisse sind das A & O für den Verkauf. Deshalb schulen Sie unseren Vertrieb und unser Marketing und machen sie sattelfest z. B. bei der Nutzenargumentation unserer Eigenmarken
• Sie nehmen an Messen und Kongressen teil (auch mehrtägig)
• Auf Basis kontinuierlicher Wettbewerbsanalyse kalkulieren Sie unsere Verkaufspreise unter Einhaltung definierter Kriterien

Das Profil, das zu uns passt:

• Sie verfügen idealerweise über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Veterinärmedizin, der Biologie, Chemie oder Kenntnisse im Bereich Medizinprodukte. Eine Berufsausbildung in einem dieser Bereiche ist ebenfalls geeignet.
• Hörensagen reicht nicht: Sie verfügen über 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Category Management oder im Einkauf; alternativ haben Sie enorme Lust darauf, sich in ein neues Thema einzuarbeiten
• Das Ziel und den Kunden fest im Blick: so arbeiten Sie
• Sie lieben Zahlen und Kennzahlen und leiten aus ihrer Analyse Sortimentsverbesserungen ab
• MS-Office beherrschen Sie aus dem Effeff und S-Verweise sind für Sie ein Kinderspiel, Erfahrung in der Nutzung eines ERP-Systems rundet Ihre IT-Kenntnisse ab
• Sie sind der Stürmer im Team, lieben es Veränderungen voranzutreiben
