Als Business Systems & AI Automation Manager (m/w/d) betreibst du unsere „Single Source of Truth“, verantwortest die Weiterentwicklung unserer operativen Systemlandschaft und baust Automatisierung, Datenqualität und den Einsatz von KI in unsere Systeme ein. So sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Unternehmens-Maschine schnell, vorhersehbar und skalierbar läuft.

Deine Aufgaben

• Als Business Systems & AI Automation Manager baust du und betreibst unsere „Single Source of Truth“ inklusive Datenqualität, Phasen-Status entlang des EPC-Funnels und konsistenter Datenflüsse zwischen den Teams.
• Manuelle Abläufe automatisierst du systematisch über Schnittstellen zwischen unseren Systemen (CRM, Projektmanagement und weitere Fachtools).
• Du baust KI gezielt in unsere Systeme und Prozesse ein: von KI-gestützten Workflows bis zu Agenten, die wiederkehrende Aufgaben eigenständig übernehmen.
• Unser KPI-Framework setzt du technisch um: Felder, Datenanbindung und Dashboards für operative Steuerung, Management und Investor-Reporting.
• Eng arbeitest du mit dem Head of Operations & Processes sowie den Teams aus Sales, Permitting, EPC und O&M zusammen.
• Deine Rolle ist dreigeteilt: du bist Product Manager:in und identifizierst Potenziale für Automatisierungen und KI, du bist technische:r Umsetzer:in und implementierst Lösungen praxisnah und berätst Kolleg:innen bei Fragen zu Tools und KI-Anwendungen.

Dein Profil

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Aufbau und Betrieb von CRM- und Automatisierungssystemen sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in Datenmodellierung, Schnittstellenmanagement und Workflow-Automatisierung (z. B. APIs und externe Datenquellen).
• Selbstverständlicher Einsatz von KI-Tools im Arbeitsalltag sowie Erfahrung in der Integration von KI-Funktionen in Systeme und Prozesse (z. B. LLM-APIs oder agentenbasierte Workflows).
• Ausgeprägtes Produktverständnis sowie die Fähigkeit, Nutzeranforderungen zu identifizieren und in belastbare Konzepte zu überführen.
• Fähigkeit, mithilfe von KI, Software und Coding eigene Tools und Lösungen von Grund auf zu entwickeln.
• Ausgeprägte Reporting- und Business-Intelligence-Affinität sowie Erfahrung in der Übersetzung von KPI-Logiken in aussagekräftige Dashboards.
• Analytische Denkweise, pragmatische Umsetzungsstärke und ein hoher Anspruch an Dokumentation und nachhaltige Systemgestaltung.
• Prozessverständnis im EPC-, Bau- oder Energieumfeld von Vorteil
• Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
