Der Fokus liegt auf der Steuerung komplexer Geschäftsmodelle im Bank- und Versicherungsumfeld. Im Einzugsgebiet Stuttgart Nord suchen wir Sie als Business Controller m/w/d in Ludwigsburg

Aufgaben

• Unternehmensplanung, Forecasts und Szenarioanalysen auf Geschäftsbereichs- und Konzernebene
• Budgetplanung sowie Kostensteuerung in enger Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen
• Management-Reporting inkl. KPI-Analyse für Vorstand und zentrale Steuerungseinheiten
• Erstellung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen und Business Cases
• Risikocontrolling und Abweichungsanalysen
• Mitarbeit in Transformations- und Digitalisierungsprojekten
• Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Instrumenten und des Reportings

Qualifikation

• Studium im Bereich BWL, Finance, Controlling oder Wirtschaftsinformatik oder ähnlich
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling
• Kenntnisse in Controlling-Tools, BI-Tools (z. B. Power BI, SAP, SAC)
• Kenntnisse in HGB, von Vorteil IFRS
• Kenntnisse der regulatorischen Anforderungen z. B. MaRisk von Vorteil
• Analytisches Denkvermögen und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
